New beginners are welcome to try classes during February and September each year. Beginners classes are Mondays 05.30–06.45 pm and Wednesdays 08.00-09.15pm. Suitable training clothes are t-shirt and training pants or shorts. We don’t use shoes.
The address is Flogstavägen 93B. You find the dojo in the orange three-floor buildings, 200 meters south-west from Supermarket ICA Väst. Ladies uses the basement entrance on the short end of the building. You can get to Flogsta by bus 2, 5, 21, 22 or 91. Map.
The first three classes are for free, if you decide to continue training the fee is 800kr per semester, transferred to Plusgiro: 873266-1 Uppsala Shotokan KK.
